Yes, we come fully equipped with our own water supply. It won’t affect any hosepipe bans, and we safely collect all waste water. We also make sure the area is left clean and tidy.

• Capturing 100% of the runoff to prevent ground contamination.
• Using biodegradable cleaning agents that are tough on bacteria but gentle on the planet.
• Minimising water wastage through our high-pressure, efficient cleaning technology.

We take environmental responsibility seriously. Our specialised vans are equipped with an on-board filtration and storage system that captures all wastewater and debris. This ensures that no contaminated water or grime enters the local storm drains or pollutes the environment. Everything is safely transported away and disposed of at an authorised treatment facility.

When you book a time slot, you're securing your place in our schedule — but not an exact time of arrival. Routes can vary slightly day-to-day, but don’t worry — we’ll be there!

Yes, but only if you're on our annual subscription plan. We'll notify you of any schedule changes in advance.

Yes, we certainly do! While we are based in Andover, we are happy to travel to surrounding areas. Please note that for locations outside the Andover boundary, a small additional travel fee is applied to cover the extra fuel and transit time required to reach you.
